Currently we are seeing series of reports with opacification of IOL especially hydrophilic iol but even with hydrophobic IOL .This video describes tips and tricks of removing such opacified IOL from small to large incision , use of special IOL cutting scissor and tips for putting secondaryIOL after removing opaque iol
