Abstract
PURPOSE : To report a case of secondary glaucoma with Upper Lid Neurofibroma (VON RECKLINGHAUSEN DISEASE) MATERIAL AND METHODS : 30 Year Male Presented with swelling on medial side of (LE) UL Since 4 years which was insidious in onset painless and gradually progressive associated with ptosis. History of Le! Leg Neurofibroma excision 3 years back. BCVA in RE is 6/6 and in LE is 6/18. Anterior segment examination shows Lisch nodules BE. Intraocular pressure measured by ATN showed RE 14 mm of Hg and LE 38 mm of Hg under No AGM. BE Open Angles on Gonioscopy. BE Funds is Normal. Cafe au last spots are present at the back of the chest. Freckles are present in front and back of the torso. RESULTS : The case was diagnosed as (LE) Secondary Glaucoma with Upper Lid Neurofibroma (Von Recklinghausen disease) and started on Oral Acetazolamide 250 mg BD for 5 days and DORZOLAMIDE TIMOLOL Combination eye drops in LE. Patient was called for followup after 6 weeks.
