Abstract

Background
A Prospective ,Observational study of Ocular Adnexal Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma was carried out .
Aim
To investigate the clinical features of ocular adnexal DLBCL, plan for the treatment and followed up to observe the outcome.
Materials and Methods
A Prospective ,Observational study was done in a tertiary care center for 5 months {6th May 2022 – 6th November 2022}.
Results
Mass was excised and sent for biopsy.Biopsy revealed DLBCL and R-CHOP regimen given.Now, no evidence of any disease & no signs of any recurrence.
Conclusion
Most commonly employed treatment modalities after diagnosis were R‑CHOP chemotherapy, local radiation or combination of both.
