Abstract
Purpose: VKH disease is a chronic bilateral, granulomatous pan uveitis with potential involvement of neurological, auditory and integumentary systems.
Methods: Data (clinical features, OCT and FFA) from a patient with bilateral multiple serous detachment noted.
Results : A 33years old female patient presented with headache since 1 week and with sudden painless diminution of vision in both eyes(RE > LE) of same period associated with irritation and was managed on systemic steroids
Conclusion: Early recognition and prompt initiation of treatment are crucial to preserve visual function and prevent complications. Long term follow up and monitoring are necessary to prevent relapses and optimize patient out come.
