Abstract
A 37 year old male with RE upper lid mass since 6 months.BE vision is 6/24 with pinhole 6/12.On examination, a lesion of 2×1 cm, firm in consistency, irregular margin, and rough borders with overhanging edges involving the lid margin extending from center of the upper lid to lateral canthus.
Surgical procedure: Incisional biopsy from upper lid mass was done. After HPE report which showed mucinous adenocarcinoma, patient was further investigated and primary malignancy was ruled out. Patient underwent wide local excision and lid reconstruction after taking thin graft from the other eye and preauricular area.
