Abstract

This surgical video describes a case with severe and dense macula pucker on the posterior pole causing extreme contraction of the superior and inferior arcades which appeared like ' kissing arcades'. The patient had pre-operative best corrected visual acuity of 6/60 in the left eye which improved to 6/12 post operative. This surgical video describes the technique of how to handle such severe epiretinal membrane without any intraoperative or post-operative complications.
